Vogue Williams Reveals She Attended a ‘Sex Party’ for Documentary Research
By Neil Fetherstonhaugh
Vogue Williams recently shared on her Never Live It Down podcast that she once attended a “sex party” in an industrial estate—but only as part of filming a documentary for RTÉ.
The Howth native explained to comedian Emma Doran that her visit to the event was strictly for research purposes. “I was filming for RTÉ, and we were doing a documentary all about sex,” she said.
Describing the unusual setting, Vogue recounted, “There was this orgy going on in a sex club located in an industrial estate. I went in, and it was just beds everywhere, a sex swing, and all these different rooms. But when I saw the guests—there were loads of stunning women, but the men were... well, not so much.”
Laughing with Emma, Vogue joked about the potential awkwardness of spotting familiar faces at such gatherings. “Imagine seeing your cousin Michael or shouting, ‘Paddy, what the f**k are you doing here?’”
Known for presenting documentaries like Wild Girls, On The Edge, and The Afterlife, Vogue has built a career tackling diverse and sometimes unconventional topics. Alongside her podcast Never Live It Down, she also co-hosts My Therapist Ghosted Me and Vogue and Spencer with her husband, Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.
While the story prompted plenty of laughs, it also highlighted Vogue’s adventurous approach to exploring unique cultural phenomena through her work.
